Engineering, fabrication and field services.
Stainless steel process piping, sanitary fabrication and field installation from our Mississauga team. We also provide engineering, inspection, machining, automation and industrial maintenance for process and power equipment.
CUSTOM FABRICATION
We provide custom fabrication solutions for industrial, sanitary, and process applications. Our shop supports stainless steel fabrication, sheet metal work, rolling, bending, cutting, forming, fitting, and precision TIG and stick welding.
PASSIVATION
Passivation improves the corrosion resistance of stainless steel by removing surface contaminants such as free iron. Our process includes degreasing, pickling, passivation, and ferroxyl testing.
NDT INSPECTIONS
Nondestructive testing (NDT) evaluates materials, components, and assemblies for discontinuities without damaging the part or system. Our services include dye penetrant testing, visual inspection, borescope inspection, and ultrasonic testing.
SURFACE FINISHING AND POLISHING
Our surface finishing and polishing services reduce surface roughness and blend material finishes to create smooth surfaces that are easier to clean.
MILLWRIGHT SERVICES
PES LTD. provides on-site installation and maintenance for process and power equipment and piping. Millwright services include rigging, equipment maintenance, valve maintenance, and equipment installation.
MACHINING
We machine complex industrial parts using CNC and conventional equipment supported by CAD/CAM software.
STAINLESS STEEL PROCESS & POWER PIPING
Pantechnology fabricates and installs stainless steel process piping for food, beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities, including production and plant utility lines.
We provide power and process piping design and fabrication in accordance with ASME B31.1 and B31.3 codes and standards.
COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN
PES LTD. provides CAD drafting and design services for mechanical, structural, and piping projects.
AUTOMATION AND ELECTRICAL
PANTECHNOLOGY provides industrial automation and electrical control solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and process manufacturing facilities. Our services include PLC programming, ladder logic, structured text, function block diagrams, HMI/SCADA development, VFD integration, control panel design, field wiring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and process system integration.
